11-19 Tournament

Well, well, well what can I say. It was a tough one nonetheless, from the cold front pushing through, the what it felt like 200 knot winds, the dirty water, and losing a phone to the bottom of the lake. The better part of the day included having two prospective new members come out and have fun with us. Welcome Mike Santos and Chuck White. Well it was slow, and I mean real slow, but we all know who's game that is. Time and time again he tells us what he did to catch the fish, and I can put money that there isn't an person in the club that doesn't sit there and go "What is Rex Thompson doing?", even though we already know. So you can guess how this turns out. Congrats to Rex for not only first place but big bass also. He had a total weight of 12.47 and big bass of 4.58. On the Co-Angler side was none other than his partner Nick with a total weight of 7.53. Now, isn't this something, the Angler and Co-Angler winning first in the first tournament of the season.
The club as a whole weighed in a combined weight of 46.99 lbs. There were 26 fish weighed in and released.

A friendly reminder to all members the Annual Classic Championship will be December 14th at Little L, our monthly meeting will be December 19th as well as our End of the Year party, followed by the monthly tournament December 21st at Little L.

Until next time.
